Bangkok

Everyone visits Bangkok. Almost nobody gets to live in it.
Answer as much or as little as you like.
A zone, not an address

The line
Everyone here lives on the train.
Bangkok is described in stations, not districts. Nobody says Watthana; they say two stops past Asok. Here is the stretch we let along.
Sala Daeng
Change here for Silom and the night markets.

The part nobody enjoys reading.
One month. Everything here is furnished and let by the month, and a term is a move-in date plus a whole number of months.
Your payment terms are confirmed in writing before you sign. The first month's rent is billed separately after signing.
By card, against a proper invoice with a number you can file. One invoice a month, charged in Thai baht.
You read the contract on this site and sign it by typing your legal name. Nothing to print, nothing to post.
The building's own management, as it always has been. We are the letting side: we find you the listing, agree the rent, and stay in the conversation for as long as you are in it.
Talk to us. There is no automated cancellation flow, because a person handles it and would rather hear the reason than read a form.
